4* in Times Square / Theatre District w/ following amenity set:

Smoke Free

Fitness Center

Restaurant

Business Center

High Speed Internet Access

Spa Services

Accessible for the Blind

In room accessibility

Accessible bathroom

Roll-in shower

Was recommended by 95% of reviewers.

The only 4* hotels in Theatre District on the list with spa services are W Hotel and Westin, but their amenity sets are not close to a match for this property. Any educated guesses as to what this could be?
