This was a new property, probably 1-2 years old at the most in a convenient area close to new restaurants, movies, and shopping. Quite pleased.Price higher than normal for 2 1/2 star property, but smaller market. Ole Miss football game in area (hour away) had most closer hotels booked to capacity. List price off of website would've been $99, so still saved about 35%, less than what I normally save on priceline.
