Hotwire Hotel: Help identifying area in Raleigh

Hi, I've looked on Hotwire and seen a 3.5 star hotel listed, with the amenities Fitness Center, Restaurant(s), Free Parking. Hotwire gives its location simply as Raleigh, and links it to their map area C. I'm not sure what heading on your hotel list that corresponds to. All yours say Raleigh-Durham, plus some other designation, such as Crabtree. Any ideas?

This property has not yet been reported to the board and with so few amenities it will be hard to gain any definitive insight into this one. However, with a 100% recommendation from previous HOTWIRE guests, and 4.5/5.0 across the board on all the criteria that HOTWIRE asks previous guest to rate, i wouldn't have any concerns about the quality of this property.

If you'd prefer to have a guess as to the hotel before purchasing, and/or are looking for something in a specific location within the zone, i am seeing what i believe to be the DoubleTree Raleigh Brownstone University for about the same price as the above, should this be of any interest.
