Hotwire Hotel: 3* Neptune-Asbury Park Holiday Inn Express Neptune

After being unsuccesful bidding up to $80 for Neptune on Priceline I put in for a deal on Hotwire for Neptune for 3 start at $76 and it was Holiday Inn Express. Going rate is/was $96 before tax for non refundable and $105 before tax for refundable.
