Amenities include: Free Internet,Restaurant,Business Center,Fitness Center.

We are traveling Nov 20-23. Prefer a 4* or better. Preferably under 100.00/night.

These amenities are common for a city hotel, but the Hotel Felix or the Allerton would be my best guess, with the Whitehall a possibility as well.
