This listing has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board, but my guess would be a new amenity set for Inn of Chicago. I'm seeing this listing for $61 (you may see a slightly different price.) Given that rates aren't very high (in comparison) for these dates, I'd suggest trying to see if you could get a 4* for $65-75 by bidding on the River North-NMA area on PRICELINE or $60-65 for a 3.5* (although when bidding, you have to be willing to accept any 3.5* or any 4* in the zone.)
