This would be a possible match for the Westin, Sofitel or Le Meridien, although I would say the latter two are more likely.

Thanks for the input. I ended up booking through the HOTWIRE site, and got the Hilton Inn at Penn. Though it's a solid deal and a great hotel, I'm a little disappointed I didn't get closer in to City Hall.

There's always next time I suppose! Thanks again for the help.
