Looking to get some help on how to strategize my bidding so i can get a 3.5-4* hotel anywhere around Chelsea, ESB, MSG, Time Square, Midtown West, CP South, Hells Kitchen, Midtown East, LES, SOHO. Would like to spend around 150 a night.
