Unfortunately this property has not yet been reported to the board, and with so many small and independent properties in the area, i don't have any insight as to which one this may be.

However, i will add that by using MAPS and HOTELS.com i see non-opaque hotels in the area priced at just about the same amount as this HOTWIRE offer... you might want to take a look there and choose one where you can read the reviews beforehand (as budget hotels in beachfront communities tend to get used/abused and given the vast number of 'independently owned' properties the quality can vary greatly)
