Hotwire Hotel: south waterfront Portland?

I see that Hotwire puts NW portland (Jantzen Beach) and Vancouver WA together. I do not want to stay in WA as we are visiting our son in POrtland. I have copied the ammenities in the hope that someone can help me ID the hotel. Is it the BW Inn at the Meadows? On some sites the BW is listed as 3* , on others 2.5.
