Hi I have been through the link and have come across an as yet unidentified 5* central south beach showing as $259 a night it shows as having the following.

Near Beach

Fitness Center

Pool(s)

Laundry Facilities (self-service)

High-Speed Internet Access

Free Internet

Spa Services

Kitchenette

Looking at the vacations site I see it as a possible match for the Setai, any more thoughts?

We are still looking into Miami hotels using the HOTWIRE link on this page and have noticed this today but am unable to identify it.

3.5* Miami-central south beach

Boutique Hotel

Near Beach

Airport Shuttle

Pool(s)

Restaurant(s)

High-Speed Internet Access

Tennis Nearby

Accessible for the blind

Accessible for the deaf

I also noticed it says the hotel charges a resort fee of approx $15 a night, is 60% recommended by Hotwire users, has a 3.5 rating on trip advisor.

My best guess for this property would be the Catalina Hotel and Beach Club, upgraded back to the 3.5* level since the last time it was reported to the board.
