I am looking to go to Buenos Aires, Argentina in March 2013- I want to stay in the Palermo area. Has anyone stayed there through HOTWIRE and /or PRICELINE. I see ahotel advertised for $92 _ 4 star from HOTWIRE. Any ideas as to the name of this hotel/suite
