Using the better bidding PRICELINE link, I was trying for a 4 star in the tourist areas of Paris. Started with Champs Elysee at $91, adding adjoining zones, and $5 increments, ending up with Le Meridian at $111.

The list price on priceline is $241, so very happy with the deal.
