pbolan03 Posted September 24, 2012 Report Posted September 24, 2012 I never used priceline for flights. What a deal! $231 w/ taxThe only kicker is that my return flight departs at 6:30 am. I have one connection each way through dulles and newark, respectively. Layovers are both ~1 hour. Sorry I forgot to click the links for booking this. Will do next time.

pbolan03 Posted September 26, 2012 Author Report Posted September 26, 2012 I started bidding at $150 for tuesday to tuesday. This was denied and said if I was willing to pay $309 total they could give me a red eye option. I tweeked my dates tues to wed and upped the ante to $185 with the same outcome. I tweeked dates again to wed to wed at $150 and got the $231 total option (which i checked to be much lower than the best advertised price of $323). Overall, i was pleased considering the only cheaper option i could find was $200 nonstop jetblue out of chicago into boston (but would need bus/t into chicago from mich and boston to prov, respectively).

pbolan03 Posted September 29, 2012 Author Report Posted September 29, 2012 No prob. I should note that my last $150 bid was not officially accepted. They gave me a counteroffer of $180.05 with taxes and fees of $51.30 for a $231.35 total. I agreed to the counteroffer.
