Note that the property has started charging a hotel/resort fee of 11%. At $8.25 p.n. it was not such a big deal.

Something to watch out for when bidding in this area.

There is a 'casino tax' at all San Juan hotels that offer a casino which i believe is ~11%, this may be the new fee that they are collecting.
