This listing has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board, but my guess is that it may be a new amenity set for Vdara.

I agree that it certainly is pointing towards Vdara.

The only thing puzzling me is "Handicapped Parking". Only Cosmo and Aria has this amenity. Still debating whether I should go for it hoping to land either Cosmo or Aria.

Oh why oh why can't it just have Casino in one of the amenities lol

It's not necessarily an indicator that the 5* Strip South is the Vdara, but when I search for 2a/2c, I'm seeing a different 5* Strip South that is definitely the Vdara, and for pretty much the same price.
