Priceline Hotel: 4* Providence (Downtown) Renaissance Providence Hotel

Good news! I finally got this hotel after several - and I mean several - attempts. I have probably done 12 bidding sessions over the course of the last two months. Usually starting at $50 and ending at $90.

So today it finally broke through. I was ready to start bidding higher, but I didn't have to!

* As always, all bidding was done via BiddingHelper.com.

* Began bidding at $55.

* Bid accepted.

* Backup bid at the same hotel for $152, resulting in almost $100 in savings.

The moral of the story with this hotel is to be patient. I think every time I have won it, it has been within 2 weeks of check-in.
