Started bidding 4* in this area at $65, then used free rebids in $2 increments. So I'm pretty sure we are getting near bottom-dollar for Christmas weekend: It's either $76 or $77.

Very nice win for this property! I'll also note that there's a Giordano's essentially around the corner, so you definitely don't have to go far. There's not an enormous amount to see at Union Station, although if you do head in that direction you can pair it with a visit to the Sears Tower Skydeck, which is right nearby. House of Blues is also an easy walk.
