supers
the resort fee is even charged by person, that will kill the deal. Here is from the hotwire fine print:This hotel typically charges guests a resort fee of about US$ 15 per person per night, regardless of how the room is booked. The hotel collects the fee directly from you,so it won't show in your Hotwire® total. Link to comment
AaronJB
I'm seeing a different resort fee for this property when looking at a conventional listing on Expedia ($25 resort fee per night/per stay), but the resort fees on HOTWIRE are not exact, they are approximate. While the resort fees are upsetting, the same resort fees at properties in the area are paid by those who pay regular rate on top of regular rate, so the discount does remain.Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches. ph67
I stayed at the Castle Kamaole condo property in 2010 for 10 nights and the resort fee was a one-time charge, not daily. It was $15 then. I would contact the hotel to ask how their resort fees actually work. The cleaning service only came once every 4 or 5 days, if I recall correctly. Also, I ended up not buying through HOTWIRE because when I contacted the Castle Kamaole, they matched the rate.
