For the 5* CPE i'm seeing the same amenities as AaronJB and the rate is $445/nite (also has a new 'Risk Free Booking' which allows you to cancel up to 24 hours after you book as long as it's at least 3+ days before your arrival date):

I'm still not seeing the CPE property when searching for your dates, but it seems like it's well over your budget anyway.

The 4.5* property has not yet been reported to the board 'as is', although i suspect it's a new hotel added to the HOTWIRE system OR a previously reported 4* hotel upgraded to the 4* level. Either way, with a 4.5/5.0 TA rating and good reviews across the board from the previous 95% of guests who would recommend this property, i don't think that quality is going to be an issue. Do you need anything specific for this stay?
