Takashinho Posted September 17, 2012 Report Posted September 17, 2012 Hello, I gotta say this site is awesome, specially for someone like me who knows nothing about getting a deal when traveling. I am taking my family of 4 to Disneyland in Nov. 16-22. We want to stay in a nice hotel as close to the park as possible. I have heard that when using "set your own price" websites, it is better to wait to the weeks before the trip to book for a better deal. This makes me very uneasy. I would really appreciate all the help I can get. Also, I kinda get how priceline works but not hotwire, or are they the same thing, probably a dumb question.
AaronJB Posted September 18, 2012 Report Posted September 18, 2012 Welcome to Betterbidding. Please read this thread first regarding PRICELINE and HOTWIRE - I've Never Used Hotwire or Priceline. Additionally, purchase timing is discussed in detail in the FAQ.What would be your desired budget per night for this stay/desired star rating? Additionally, if searching for HOTWIRE for 2a/2c for your date/s, are there any listings or interest? The list of HOTWIRE hotels that have been reported to the board in California can be found here: Hotwire Hotel List CaliforniaThank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
