I was thinking it might be Vdara, but it states a 90% Hotwire review recommendation (is this the trip advisor rating (shows more like 80% if so)?

This amenity set would be a likely match for the Vdara.

The HOTWIRE customer % is different than tripadvisor reviews, and are from HOTWIRE customers.

I just wanted to close those this out.  I ended up deciding that I wanted to make sure I got the Monte Carlo, and found a good deal on the hotel website.  So I booked the hotel straight through the hotel.
