Opted to go with Priceline instead. Started at $33; got counteroffer for $9. Closed my browser. Added Elmhurst as a free rebid and went to $36. Got declined again and added Arl. Hts. North as abother free rebid and upped to $39. Offer accepted. (I think I'm getting the hang of this!) I must admit that this is a little bit further west of Oak Brook than I would have liked, but the fact that it's a suite more than makes up for it. Saving $25 over what I would have paid on Hotwire for something comparable - PRICELESS! (Can you tell I'm miffed at Hotwire right now?)
