Westminster was only area I picked on the map, and the first offer- $88 - was accepted.They said 54% savings.Knowing about the 54% now, I would have started lower...around $70, then, if rejected, added a check mark to the Thorton area (does not have 4 star locations) then rebid to $77 (they probably would have accepted).
