I had been bidding (through your PRICELINE link) for a hotel in London for 4 nights several times now with no luck. Tried again today bidding only for 3 star up to $80 in all the central zones as I am not picky where we stay, but no luck, so tried just for the 2 weekend nights, dropped the price to $70 and got a 4 star. This is the best price I have seen posted anywhere for a long time for a London hotel other than the airports :D
