I'm not currently seeing this property offered when searching HOTWIRE for your dates... are you still seeing the above on your own search? If so, are you searching HOTWIRE for more than one room or for more than the default 2adults/0children?

Really strange, it's not coming up again. I am using Antalya, Turkey as the search parameter and then selecting 5*. Everything else is default. I tried it yesterday just before posting and it worked fine. I will try again later and see if it comes up.

In the meantime you may want to give our MAPS and HOTELS.com a look to see if anything appears there which is within your budget and desired location.

I don't know what is up with HOTWIRE, but the results are there again. Put in Antalya, Turkey for the dates I provided and filter on 5*. You will see a "Belek area hotel" for $146.

Hi, I found this thread intriguing and although certainly not an expert at this, I wanted to see whether I could even see the hotel that you were seeing.

I clicked on the BB HOTWIRE link and because I was initially on mobile it defaulted to AUD as the currency. I found a 5* Belek hotel for A$139 which I am guessing is probably the same property you were seeing.

On that basis, I decided to look at HOTWIRE on my PC where I had better access (again using the BB link). At that point I was told that there were no secret hot rate hotels for the search. That was pretty strange considernig I had a whole list of hotels when I had accessed HOTWIRE on my mobile only minutes earlier.

In any event, I still had the mobile page for the hotel in question open with the following amenities:

It was showing a total of AUD318.91 for the 2 nights which I am guessing is the same property that you are seeing.

I then clicked on full site on my mobile browser and did the same search and it brought up the same secret hot deals as before. There is definitely some sort of glitch happening with HOTWIRE for this search.

I then went to the Standard Rate part of HOTWIRE and proceeded to narrow down by the following:

4* and above;

rating 4 and above;

Belek area;

amenities (listed above where possible - i.e. not laundry and not indoor pool).

That returned a single search result of Calista Luxury Resort with a total price for the stay (at the standard rates not the secret hot deal rate) of USD$1319.

Of course, it is entirely possible that this narrowing down has failed us and that the property is not the Calista Luxury Resort but if it is then it would be a fantastic deal for this property.

Please let us know how you go. I hope that I have been of some assistance. Enjoy your trip! I've never been to Turkey but it is on the must visit list.

I note that there are not any Antalya hotels on the HOTWIRE hotel list yet so if you do proceed with this booking, let us know what hotel you get and we can add it to the list.
