Take another look at my question... i understand your minimum star rating is 3*, but did you want to bid up to your maximum bid for a 5* hotel before trying for a 4*, then try up to your maximum for a 4* before trying for a 3*, etc.... OR are you looking for the least expensive 3* or better hotel.

As an example, if given a choice do you prefer a 4* at $150 or a 3* at $120? If the former then you are willing to pay more for a higher rated hotel... if the latter then your goal is the least expensive 3* or better.

Hope that makes a bit more sense and clarifies the issue.
