sf7307
I'm starting to look at hotels for DC for the first weekend in November. It seems that lately a lot of the rooms that I've seen on Hotwire are "accessible" rooms -- roll-in shower and the like. Is this new? Does this mean the specific room that is being made available through Hotwire is an accessible room or only that the hotel in question has accessible rooms?I'll be back with more specific questions later. Thanks. Link to comment
AaronJB
The accessible amenities do not mean that the room offered is accessible, but that the hotel offers these amenities. Please let us know if you have additional questions, and keep discussion of your stay within this thread. Thanks.:)Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches. Link to comment

sf7307
Following up - on this particular trip, we ended up booking directly with a Downtown hotel - not using HOTWIRE or PRICELINE. Link to comment
AaronJB
Thank you for closing the thread. When you don't end up using PRICELINE or HOTWIRE it would be appreciated if you used our sister site MAPS and HOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Link to comment
