If you go back to HOTWIRE and click the SHOW ME button next to this offer (the one with the price in it), then on the ensuing page click the 'See all' link under the amenities, do you see more than what you've posted above? These are the amenities shown for the 4* hotel in the South zone when i search HOTWIRE for your dates:

If this is what you are seeing, my best guess for this property would be the Ramada Chelsea Al Barsha.

Yep, those are the amenities shown for the hotel. Well looks like HOTWIRE doesn't have great deals for Dubai, booking it with hotels.com gives me a cheaper price (okay only 1 dollar ;)). Guess I go with that... Thanks !!!
