My main concern is that someone a while back posted that they have this hotel, but they listed something like, 'close to golf' as one of the amenities. Do the amenities appear different for different users?

Some hotels do use multiple amenity sets to describe the property, but as noted above, this amenity set is fairly common for a 4* hotel (as the only 'real' descriptive amenities are: Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Hi-Speed Internet, Business... which are amenities that are found at most 4* hotels in this zone)

Are you try to target or avoid the Hyatt... or is there something in particular you're looking for from this stay?

I am hoping that we get the Hyatt, we have had good experiences at Hyatts in the past, and it seems like the nicest hotel in the area that we could conceivably get.

I guess my main concern is, what is the *worst* hotel that we could wind up with?

With this property showing a 95% approval rating, 4.0/5.0 TA rating, and 4.5/5.0 across the board for all the criteria HOTWIRE asks previous guests to rate, i wouldn't be too concerned about quality with this one.
