Cancellation Priceline Bidding

Hey everybody....

i have to cancel a reservation on 2 rooms in key west at PL.

we have to cancel it because my mother past away recently. And my dad bid for these rooms a few days ago.

any idea how to get out of this deal- the best way?

Death in the family is one of the few reasons they'll accept to cancel a bid.. I think you may have had to buy cancellation insurance though. Just call them and explain, while they are a business - the telephone people are human.. exploit that angle.
