dtl31996
Hi,I'd like to use Priceline to find a hotel in the downtown Toronto area for the dates 9/14 to 9/16 2012. There will be 3 guests, so I'm hoping to get a suite so that the chances are better that we'll all have a bed or sleeper sofa to sleep on. I know of the Cambridge suites, but I'm not sure if there are other options in the area. What would be the best strategy to get Cambridge or some other suite hotel? I'm new to this and a bit lost. I'd appreciate any help that someone could offer. Link to comment
AaronJB
Welcome to Betterbidding. :)There is no way to guarantee a suite when bidding on PRICELINE. You have to be willing to accept any hotel at the star rating chosen in the zone/s selected (and there is the possibility of being upgraded to a higher star rating, if there is a higher star rating.)HOTWIRE would be a better choice in this case, as you can search for a listing with suite listed in the amenity set. If you search for these dates on HOTWIRE, are there any listings with a suite amenity?Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches. Link to comment
dtl31996
No, there are only 2 hotels that show up on Hotwire for downtown ares, and neither show suites. 145 for a two star, and 161 for a 3 star. They both seem pretty steep I thought. Link to comment
