I don't have a good guess for the 4*, but i *think* it may be La Concha, but i'm not certain. I a seeing what i believe to be the InterContinental for $118/nite if that is of any interest.

For the 3* it's been guessed that this may be the Courtyard by Marriott Isla Verde downgraded since the last time it was reported to the board.
