Dee82 Posted September 5, 2012 Report Posted September 5, 2012 I'm looking for a 3* - 4* in the downtown Philadelphia area during 10/5/12 - 10/8/12. I've bid on priceline and gone all the way up to $150. My max limit was at $150. Is there something going on that weekend? Any help/suggestions would be great. Thank you!

Dee82 Posted September 6, 2012 Author Report Posted September 6, 2012 I started at $90 and worked my way up to $150 for a four star hotel. I then changed it to a 3 star rating and used the free rebid and tried again at $150 but they still declined my offer. The zones I would prefer to accept are convention center - mid center city and rittenhouse square. I haven't bid since last Friday.
thereuare Posted September 7, 2012 Report Posted September 7, 2012 HOTWIRE has a 3* hotel in the City Center East - Old City zone for $162/nite with: Smoke Free Fitness Restaurant Business Laundry Hi-Speed Internet Blind Accessible Deaf Accessible Travel Accessible Room Accessible Bathroom Accessible Handicapped Parking Roll-in ShowerThis would appear to be the Holiday Inn Historic District... would this work for your needs? Dee82 Posted September 9, 2012 Author Report Posted September 9, 2012 I saw that but holiday inn will be my last resort if I can't get a winning bid. $160 is still way too much.
