Could it be the Embassy Suites with only 3.5*?

This listing has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board but my guess would be the Sterling with a new/different amenity set.

HOTWIRE/PRICELINE reservations are not eligible for upgrades - you can ask at check-in, but they may say no or charge more. The only way to guarantee an upgrade is to pay regular rate.
