MY EDUCATED GUESS IS THE PELICAN. But the points not matching up are the number of Tripadvisor reviews (showing 379 reviews on Tripadvisor and only 10+ on Hotwire) and the second is the coin operated laundry because I called the Pelican to inquire and they said there is a laundry service where a laundromat will come pick up and drop off.
