I have tried on Trip Advisor, but nothing matches a Boutique Hotel description, unless I switch to Specialty Lodging, but then those are Condos, not hotels.

Could you help please?

Near Beach, Pool(s), Restaurant(s, free internet

This one seems to be the Kona Seaside Hotel

For the 2*, if you go back to HOTWIRE and click the SHOW ME button next to this offer (the one with the price in it), then on the ensuing page click the 'See all' link under the amenities, do you see more than what you've posted above?

I don't have a guess for the 3* property, but i would be very leery of any property with a 2.5/5.0 TA rating, which this one does.

Best guess for the 2* would be a new amenity set for the Kona Seaside Hotel.

Thanks, but where do you see the TA rating? I know HOTWIRE has a recommended percentile, and I can see that this one is below 70% recommended by using the filter, but how do you see the actual TA rating?

The TA rating can come and go from one search to the next, but when it is shown it is on the details page...

After your initial search click the SHOW ME button next to any offering (the button with the price in it) and on the subsequent page the TA rating may be show above or below the HOTWIRE map.
