Rejected at 50, 55, and 60. Countered 65 with 78. Accepted at 70.

I will admit I'm a little nervous, as it was listed here as 3.5, but the hotel was "recently renovated", so we'll see. There's quite a mixed bag of reviews on Trip Advisor.

And where did I start everyone of those five bids? Right here on betterbidding.com.
