Hotwire Hotel: Help needed identifying Milan 4* hotel

I am looking at either one of the hotels below. Looking to stay from Sept 20-23. First time in Milan so any recommendation for which would be a better location is appreciated as well.

I looked through the Hotwire Hotel List and I am thinking the closest one for the Milan Central station hotel might be 4* Antares Hotel Accademia since it is only one that offers Complimentary Breakfast though I am not sure.

For the Central Station property my guess would be the Una Hotel Century.

For the Old Town property, I'm not currently seeing this property offered when searching HOTWIRE for your dates... are you still seeing the above on your own search? If so, are you searching HOTWIRE for more than one room or for more than the default 2adults/0children?
