Interestingly on the day i won this property it was the Expedia hot deal at $118 for the same dates. Annoying since my bids began above that price and rose higher before it was accepted. Still looking forward to the trip.

Was this under the regular rate side of Expedia or the opaque side powered by HOTWIRE? If regular rate, did you try to contact PRICELINE regarding their Best Price Guarantee?

It was under the regular side of Expedia and unfortunately I didn't think about the best price guarantee. I will check with them and see, although I don't have any proof of that deal any longer. Good information to keep in mind when using these sites! As always, thanks for the help! If anything comes of it I will update.
