These amenities are common for a 4* hotel so it's hard to have a high degree of confidence, but the Westin Riverwalk has previously been seen with this amenity set so that would be at least one likely candidate. However, i have a feeling that the Crowne Plaza may have been upgraded to the 4* level, so this property would be a possibility as well.

Sheraton Gunter Hotel ... 3.5 stars on other sites... o well i was hoping for westin
