Priceline Hotel: 4* San Francisco (Financial District-Embarcadero) Le Meridien San Francisco

After a lot of research and patience bagged this 4* hotel on the busy Labor Day weekend.

A 4* hotel in the Financial district had popped up for $149 on Hotwire. I IDed the hotel to be either Le Meridien/Hilton/Omni/Hyatt.

I knew I could get it for $15-$20 cheaper on Priceline.

Earlier I had tried (Financial district, SOMA, USE) & USW separately bidding upto $120 unsuccessfully.

For this search I started with all above 4 areas (I was looking for the cheapest 4* in those areas).

Started with $110 in increments of $5. After bidding $115 I was given an instant rebid offer if I upped

the bid to $147. I declined and continued in my $5 increments until I was accepted at $130.

Used biddinghelper.com for all searches. Thanks to all who helped.
