I will point out that quality shouldn't be much of an issue as this property does have a very good 4.5/5.0 TA rating, HOWEVER, note that previous HOTWIRE guests give this one somewhat low marks (3.5/5.0) for location, so that could be an issue if location is important to you for this trip.

Hi:

I love lots of their hotel... but I just don't want to live in "Harbour Grand Kowloon"... That's why I don't want to book... but maybe that is....

A downgrade of the Harbour Grand Kowloon to the 4.5* level (since the last time it was reported to the board at the 5* level) is certainly a possibility... if this is not an acceptable property then i would choose a different offer OR try bidding on PRICELINE at the 5* level (as the Harbour Grand Kowloon is believed to currently be rated 4*)
