The only Times Square properties i currently see when searching HOTWIRE for your dates and 2a/2c is a 4.5* and a 4*.

The 4* ($268) has the following amenities:

Business

Hi-Speed Internet

Blind Accessible

Deaf Accessible

Travel Accessible

Room Accessible

Bathroom Accessible

Handicapped Parking

Roll-in Shower

... and my guess for this property would be that the Crowne Plaza has been upgraded to the 4* level since it was last reported to the board.

The 4.5* ($301) property has this amenity set:

Room Accessible

... for this one my best guess would be the InterContinental.

I booked the 3,5* for $230, and it's the Flatotel. I was searching only the Times Square area and I don't think this hotel is really located in TS. It's more a Midtown Centre, but it's well located as well.

I noted that this hotel doesn't appear in your hotels list, maybe it's a new one. Anyway, in the hotel website, the total amount would be $ 1.000 more expensive than I got at Hotwire.

Congratulations on your success!

While not the location you were expecting, this is a fairly new property and i'm sure the location will suit your needs just fine.

You're also right around the block from the famous nighttime

(SW corner of 53rd St and Sixth Ave... they begin serving 7:30pm and finish at about 4am... if you're adventurous enough to eat 'street meat' you should give it a try as it's probably one of the best $6 dinners in the city. Load up on the white sauce but go very easy on the hot sauce. ;)
