Hotwire Hotel: 3* Nashville (Airport BNA West) Alexis Inn and Suites

Hi

I bought a hotwire for 2 nights in nashville - Airport west zone.The list was for a 3* at $57. on purchase, they gave me Alexis Inn (which is a 2 or a 2.5*). i am very disappointed by this purchase. How do i cancel or get a 3*. Alexis is clearly not a 3*
