Priceline Hotel: Hotel needed NYC 5 rooms

Looking for a hotel in NYC from August 31 through September 3.

Need 5 rooms

2.5 star minimum

Anywhere in Manhattan except UES and UWS. Will be attending US Open so using Manhattan for launching point and nightlife.

Up to this point have tried up to $110 for the above criteria. Not willing to drop to 2 star. What is realistic amount expected for 5 rooms, 2.5 star?

Does it hurt to be looking for 5 rooms?

Any advice appreciated.
