Priceline Hotel: 4* Paris (Montparnasse) Novotel Paris Vaugirard

Thought I'd post this since Express Deals is pretty new and this may be interesting to some.

I did a search for 1, 2 & 3 rooms on Express Deals. The price for a 4* Montparnasse Hotel kept changing from $87, $89, $91 to $93 depending on whether I opened a new browser window or not.

Took a chance as this is pretty far out. Initially thought it may be the Marriott Rive Gauche, but this works out better for us as they give out rooms with a Double Bed (Queen) and Sofa Bed (for my kids). However, this Novotel is pretty far in the 15eme & the Marriott would have been alot closer.

Just FYI in case anyone gets this hotel and is curious about occupancy. Emailed Novotel directly and confirmed that we'll get a sofa bed room for at least 1 of our rooms. Other rooms will probably not have a sofa bed (according to Novotel, sofa bed room preference is given to those with kids).

I originally couldn't tell whether all rooms came standard with a sofa bed from the website and from tripadvisor pictures. They mentioned double occupancy (as is standard), but adding kids wasn't a problem. We have 3 rooms so we could have spread the 2 babies out easily even w/o a sofa bed (Novotel does not add a fee).

Hotel is rated 8/10 for the Express Deal.
