moonlightbeachmama Posted August 20, 2012 Report Posted August 20, 2012 Hi guys,I tried Priceline for the first time this week and with the info on this board, I was able to book the Westin at Princeville for $190 per night instead of the cheapest list price on the hotel's website of $255! Thanks for everyone's help. Now, I just need to figure out the next steps, such as calling the hotel and selecting our room. Do you guys have any tips? I'll be traveling with a 20 month old, so I really hope they'll at least give me a non-smoking room. Priceline indicated that non-smoking room may not be guaranteed...Thanks again!
moonlightbeachmama Posted August 20, 2012 Author Report Posted August 20, 2012 I forgot to add that I started bidding at $150....I know! It's too low, but I had to try. I'm okay with $190. :P
thereuare Posted August 20, 2012 Report Posted August 20, 2012 Welcome to BetterBidding!Congratulations on your success! Glad to see you're pleased with the hotel and deal you received. I believe this Westin is smoke free so you shouldn't have any problem with getting assigned a non-smoke room, but you can call them to confirm, as well as request a crib for your 20 month old, if needed.Thank you for sharing your win with the board.
