Using the PRICELINE link, I got the following deal:

Started at 2.5* in Disneyland Anaheim North at $48 and was not accepted.

Kept 2.5* and added Huntington Beach with a price increase to $52 and won a bid ($52 + $14.40 tax/fee = $66.40):

I've won rooms at Quality Inn And Suites Anaheim in this 2.5* range which is about 0.4 miles closer than the Peacock and the Peacock charges for parking, but the reviews look good and it is still within walking distance of Disneyland.

Other interesting data: The regular price for this on priceline was $86 and my educated guess at the Express price was $56.
