I am needing to book a hotel in Downtown Indianapolis for 9/13 for only one night.

Here is what is on Hotwire:

Downtown Indianapolis area hotel:

Amentities: Fitness Center, Laundry Facilities (self-service), High-Speed Internet Access, Free Parking, Free Breakfast

Does anyone have an idea to what this might be? I'm a little thrown off just because its a self service laundry? I haven't stayed in a nice hotel that has that.

Any ideas?
